New Rep Theatre Offers Special Halloween Discount to LIEUTENANT of INISHMORE

New Repertory Theatre is pleased to celebrate Halloween with a special ticket offer for Martin McDonagh’s The Lieutenant of Inishmore. On Friday, October 31st, New Rep will offer free and discounted tickets to the evening’s performance of The Lieutenant of Inishmore to the first 60 patrons in costume.

-The first 20 people to show up at the Box Office in costume receive a free ticket.
- The next 20 people to show up at the Box Office in costume receive $20 off the price of their ticket.
- The next 20 people to show up at the Box Office in costume receive $10 off the price of their ticket.

The ticket giveaways and reduced-price tickets will start at 6:00 pm. Individuals that show up at the Box Office in costume prior to 6:00 pm on October 31st will not receive this offer. To be eligible for the tickets, you must be in full costume when purchasing tickets at the Box Office on Friday, October 31, 2008.

But someone has killed Wee Thomas. Was it an accident or an execution? Whoever is responsible had better fess up, or Padraic’s reign of terror will come crashing down on the small Irish island of Inishmore. What ensues is a hilariously bloody, choking farce, quintessential to McDonagh.

Written by Martin McDonagh, the playwright who gave us the critically acclaimed The Pillowman and directed by David R. Gammons, The Lieutenant of Inishmore runs from October 26 through November 16, 2008 at the Arsenal Center for the Arts in the Charles Mosesian Theater. Press opening is Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at 7:30 p.m.
