Cotuit Center Auditions for DARK OF THE MOON & IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE, 8/15

The Cotuit Center for the Arts will hold open auditions for Dark of the Moon, to run October 7-24, 2010. Dark of the Moon is a drama with music set in the Blue Ridge Mountains, based on a variant of "The Ballad of Barbara Allen", with witches, conjurers, and God-fearing folk. Director Mary Arnault will be casting roles for all ages. Singers, dancers and musicians encouraged. Auditions will be held on Saturday, August 14th from 2-4 PM and Sunday, August 15th from 2-4 PM. Cotuit Center for the Arts is located at 4404 Falmouth Rd (Route 28) in Cotuit.

Audition forms may be printed out from our website and brought to the audition or you can submit your audition form online at www.cotuitcenterforthearts.org. If under 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please submit all questions to Daniel Fontneau at daniel@cotuitcenterforthearts.org. Production dates are October 7th through 24th for twelve (12) performances, with Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening performances at 8pm and Sunday matinees at 2pm.

Auditions for IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE: The Radio Play

The Cotuit Center for the Arts will hold open auditions for It's a Wonderful Life: The Radio Play, to run November 26 through December 12, 2010. It's a Wonderful Life: The Radio Play is novel marriage of the classic story with the trappings of old time radio theater, complete with live sound effects and music. Auditions will be held on Tuesday, August 17th from 7-9PM, Thursday, August 19th from 7-9PM and Saturday, August 21st from 2-4PM. Cotuit Center for the Arts is located at 4404 Falmouth Rd (Route 28) in Cotuit. Director Jeffrey Billard will be casting roles for 14 people, including 4 roles for children.
