What is the truth behind our own self worth? And which is a greater sin; trying to be something we're not to please others? Or taking drastic action to check out early after being who you are goes wrong? Where do we find balance in our lives? When tragedy strikes Christopher Patrick O'Connor, a kind but conflicted Parole Review officer, he decides to take his own life. But what follows is hardly the purgatory his Catholic upbringing taught him to believe. Christopher finds himself locked in a surreal In Between World with every moment of his life is up for review as God and the Devil attempt to determine where his soul belongs.

Written by Catherine M. O'Neill, Soul Fight continues this season's theme of the ways in which faith
and religion influence our lives and the lives of those around us. Catherine M. O'Neill is a Boston-
area playwright who received her MFA in Playwriting from Lesley University. She has won a number of awards for her work as a writer, producer and host for Boston Neighborhood Network, Boston's cable access station where she hosts a weekly public affairs program "THE BOSTON CONNECTION". O'Neill has written four full length plays and two screenplays.

Established in 2004, Boston Actors Theater's mission is to support local artists. In 2010 Boston Actors Theater supported 25 local playwrights, 15 local directors, a local musical group and countless local actors. In 2011, Boston Actors Theater will continue its work to strengthen, as well as support Boston's theatre community by continuing the Kids in Residence Program to help educate and train a new generation of professional local artists.
