Anthony Rapp and Tommy Bracco to Headline PAYING THE RENT! at Stoneham Theatre, 3/16

The Stoneham Theatre in Stoneham, MA will host "Paying the RENT!" with Uncompromising Artistry Productions, a new theatre company based in NYC.

The event will be a one-night only rock concert benefit with special guests Tommy Bracco, from the original cast of Newsies, and Anthony Rapp from the original cast of RENT and currently starring in If/Then alongside RENT castmate Idina Menzel, with the cast of Uncompromising Artistry Productions' RENT, which will be presented at the 2015 Edinburgh Festival Fringe this summer in Scotland. The evening is a benefit for the company and the production headed to Edinburgh.

Samantha Cunha, the company's artistic director grew up performing in shows at the Stoneham Theatre and has remained close with the theatre community in the area. "I grew up on that stage, and I could not be more proud of everything the Young Company has given me. To have the opportunity to come home and show everyone what I've been working on means the world to me".

Uncompromising Artistry Productions was founded by Cunha, Erin Mizer, and Michael Quadrino. Cunha and Quadrino graduated from Hofstra University, and Mizer graduated from the University of Miami in Ohio. Their goal is to create opportunities for rising theatre artists. They strive to provide management support that allows our artists to focus solely on their creative process.

They will be presenting Jonathan Larson's Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize winning RENT at the 2015 Edinburgh Festival Fringe in Scotland, the largest performing arts festival in the world. Anthony Rapp, from the original broadway cast and feature film is acting as production consultant. More information on the company can be found at www.uaproductions.net.
