CYT North Idaho Performs 'Annie' At The S.A. Kroc Community Theater, Nov 3-12, 2017

North Idaho (CYT-NI) presents the Broadway musical, Annie, Nov 3 - 12, 2017 at the Salvation Army Kroc Community Theater, 1765 W.Golf Course Rd., Coeur d'Alene, ID. Eighty two local school children ages 8-18 make up the cast with an additional 20 on crew all overseen by 70 adult volunteers.

We can't forget the four legged cast members....two dogs also from the Coeur d'Alene and Hayden area, Deeks and Moose. All of the children are currently taking theater arts classes in CYT's after-school educational program.

The original Broadway production of Annie opened in 1977 and ran for nearly six years, setting a record for the Neil Simon Theater. This family-friendly tale of an orphan whose hard knock life is forever changed when paired with a snappish billionaire, features show tune staples as "Maybe," "I Don't Need Anything But You," and of course, every little girls favorite, "Tomorrow." The array of flamboyant characters and the upbeat plot have made Annie one of the most beloved musicals in history. Dates and times for the performances are:

Nov 3, 4, 10 & 11 at 7 p.m.andNov 4, 5, 11 & 12 at 3 p.m.Ticket prices are: $12 for Seniors and children 12 and under; $14 for adults and $15 at the door. There is a Discount Matinee on Nov 4 at 3 p.m. where all tickets are $10.
