Thirty years after the famous movie's debut, the Blues Brothers live on in The Official Blues Brothers Revue, starring Wayne Catania as Jake and Kieron Lafferty as Elwood. This Blues Brothers Revue is the only show to be officially sanctioned by Dan Aykroyd and Judith Belushi Pisano, wife of the late John Belushi.

Two "winter-blues" busting comedies, the Broadway smash The 39 Steps and Travels With My Aunt will be running in tandem at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival beginning on January 27. The 39 Steps will be performed at ASF's Festival stage from January 27 through February 7 and Travels With My Aunt will run on ASF's Octagon stage from February 3-7. Both shows will return later in the repertory season.
