Body Language is a solo theatrical piece written and performed by Jenny Napolitano that blends storytelling and stand-up comedy to explore the experience of living with chronic pelvic pain. The show examines miscommunication between the self and the body, between doctor and patient, and between individuals in relationship with each other, using humor and vulnerability to bring visibility to widely under-discussed conditions. Directed by Lee Blaser, the September run marks the first full-length production of the work, which has been developed through festival appearances including Bergamot Comedy Fest and StoryExtreme. A public workshop performance takes place June 13, 2026 at The Writer's Center in Bethesda, MD, with the full run scheduled for September 25, 26, and 27, 2026.
