MAME!, EQUUS et al. Included in Spotlighters Theatre's 51ST Season
The Audrey Herman Spotlighters Theatre has announced its 51st Season Line Up. Opening the season on October 12 will be BUS STOP by William Inge, which was the show that launched the Spotlighters Theatre 50 years ago on October 12, 1962. BUS STOP will be directed by Fuzz Roark.
October 6 will hold a 50th Anniversary Reception and GALA as part of the Audrey Herman Celebration.
Running November 23 to December 23 will be FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, directed by Jillian Bauserfield.
ROSE'S DILEMMA, by Neil Simon, will run from January 11 - February 10, 2013. ROSE'S DILEMMA will be directed by Roy Hammond.
LAST FIVE YEARS, by Jason Robert Brown, will run from February 22 to March 17 and will be directed by Jay Michael Gilman.
EQUUS, by Peter Shaffer, will run from April 5 to May 5 and will be directed by Sherrionne Brown.
MAME!, by Jerome Lawrence & Robert Edwin Lee, will run from May 24 to June 30 and will be directed by Allan Herlinger.
One show remains unnamed due to contract and royalty negotiaions, and a proposed Broadway opening. This show will be directed by Fuzz Roark.
