"A Chorus Line" is a realistic portrayal of the experience of auditioning based on true accounts from Broadway performers. The off-stage director confronts a "Line" of dancers for his upcoming musical. Stories and backgrounds explain what brought each dancer to this audition and what moves them to continue in their quest to make it as professionals. The musical is filled with memorable songs as "ONE," "What I Did for Love," and "At the Ballet" that amplify the dreams and hopes of the diverse cast of would-be actors. One of the longest running musicals performed on Broadway, "A Chorus Line" is based on a book by James Kirkwood, Jr. and Nicholas Dante, and had music composed by Marvin Hamlisch and lyrics by Edward Kleban.

Parking lot 4 is adjacent to the CCBC Essex Administration Building Lecture Hall, a wheelchair-accessible facility. Requests for accommodation should be made at the time of advance ticket purchase.
