Pumpkin Theatre opens its 44th Season with a classic tale of friendship. This heartwarming story has been delighting audiences for fifty years! It is about a journey of friendship between a pig, a young girl, and a special spider friend. And when Wilber the pig goes to the State Fair, he gets more than he bargained for! Charlotte the spider spins words in her webs to help spare Wilbur's life, but what will it cost her in the end? Performances take place on September 17, 18, 24 & 25 at St. Timothy's School, 8400 Greenspring Avenue, at 1 and 3pm. This production is directed by Stacey Needle with costumes by Wil Crowther, original music by Mandee Ferrier Roberts, set by Ryan Michael Haase and features actors Jonathan Richard, Shelly Work, Sarah Winchell, Eric Stein, Dean Davis, Tammy Oppel and Derek Cooper.
