Xavier Ribera-Vall (Barcelona) is an actor best known for his works in Zarzuela, Opera and Musical Theatre. He studied in Conservatorio Superior de Música in Barcelona, and since 1987 he's worked non-stop. Among his credits: in Opera - Los Siete Pecados Capitales de la Pqueña Burguesia (Brecht & Weill); Salomé (Strauss), and Le Nozze Di Figaro (Mozart). He worked in Zarzuelas such as La Generala (directed by Paco Mir) or Los Hijos del Capitán Grant (Directed by Manuel Fernández Caballero). In Musical Theatre, this baritone has starred great titles such as Mar y Cielo, Historietas and Flor de Nit (directed by Joan Lluis Bozzo), The Black Rider (directed by Víctor Alvaro), and his best works with acclaimed director Mario Gas in Guys And Dolls and Sweeney Todd, for which he received a nomination as Best Supporting Actor. Recently, he reprised the role of Judge Turpin in a production of Sweeney Todd in Quito (Ecuador) directed by Chia Patiño
