Virginia's Signature Theatre is currently staging Simply Sondheim, the world premiere special event celebrating Stephen Sondheim and Signature Theatre's special partnership over the last 25 years. With special permission from Stephen Sondheim, this completely new revue plays through April 19 at Signature Theatre and will never be seen again. Featuring a 16 piece orchestra, with new orchestrations by Oscar, Tony, Grammy and Emmy Award winner Jonathan Tunick (Broadway's Company, Follies and Sweeney Todd), this one time event will feature music from Into the Woods, Sweeney Todd, Assassins, Company, Sunday in the Park with George and many other Stephen Sondheim musicals. “black-ish” star ANTHONY ANDERSON, NASCAR legend JEFF GORDON and tennis superstar CAROLINE WOZNIACKI have joined the lineup of guests stopping by “LIVE with Kelly and Michael”'s special broadcast from the White House on Monday, April 6, 2015. For the first time, the full hour of the top morning talk show will originate live from the White House, during the annual Easter Egg Roll. The show also includes a sit down with First Lady of the United States MICHELLE OBAMA, as well as “Nashville” star CONNIE BRITTON.

According to TVLine, Netflix is nearing a 13-episode deal for FULLER HOUSE, a sequel series to the hit 1990s sitcom FULL HOUSE. The project would star Candace Cameron Bure as D.J. and Andrea Barber as Kimmy, with Bob Saget, John Stamos, and Dave Coulier making guest appearances.

El Rey Network and Miramax announced today that Jeff Fahey (Lost, Justified, Texas Rising) has joined the sophomore season of Robert Rodriguez's 'From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series' in a recurring role. Fahey has been cast in the role of 'Uncle Eddie Cruickshank', the man who raised The Gecko Brothers after their father died in a fire; he runs a TV/appliance repair shop in Houston, Texas - but it's really a cover. Eddie is the guy who designs and sells scores. He doesn't do the jobs anymore, but when Seth and Richie show up, he gets a chance to get back in the game. The second season is currently in production in Austin, TX and set to return late summer, 2015. Jeff Fahey is represented by Jeff Goldberg of Jeff Goldberg Management.

FX has ordered a fourth season of the critically-acclaimed and award-winning drama The Americans, it was announced today by Nick Grad and Eric Schrier, Presidents of Original Programming for FX Networks and FX Productions. The Americans, currently the #1-ranked television series on Metacritic with a 92, will return for a 13-episode fourth season in 2016. Four episodes remain in the current season, which will conclude with the season finale on April 22nd.
