Last semester as part of Lab, I was the assistant stage manager (as well as the assistant script coordinator) for Ibsen's A Doll's House. But this semester, I took on an even bigger challenge: the task of assistant directing Ahrens and Flaherty's Lucky Stiff.

Without a doubt, March is always the busiest month. And smack dab in the middle of March is Spring Break, every college student's favorite holiday. But for some of us, Spring Break isn't really a break. So the question remains: what are some of the ways I find moments of calm amidst the chaos?

I mentioned in my last blog post that I'm a writer, one who loves all things theatre. And that story, or rather, this story, is about how I wrote my first full length musical: Sincerely Yours.
