Student Blogger: Nina Violi

Musical theater was introduced to me when I saw my oldest sister Jenna in her high school production of Meet Me in St. Louis during her freshman year when I was in third grade. I never watched something so intensely and I thought to myself “I want to be on that stage.”

Cabaret is under the umbrella of our club called Under Siege. Under Siege and Cabaret are not only for musical theater and acting majors, but also anyone of any major. I have been a part of Cabaret since the first semester of my freshman year and I have definitely enjoyed my time in this club working with other students to create great art that we are proud to put on the stage.
