Serenbe Playhouse, recipient of the prestigious American Theatre Wing grant (2015), presents the fourth show in its 2016 season, Miss Saigon, with music by Claude- Michel Schonberg; lyrics by Richard Maltby, Jr., and Alain Boublil; adapted from the original French lyrics by Alain Boublil. The show is directed by Brian Clowdus, music direction is by Chris Brent Davis, and choreography is by Bubba Carr. The show opened on July 21 and has already been extended to August 14. It's Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious as the popular family musical 'MARY POPPINS' flies onto the stage at Theatre in the Park (TTIP) Friday July 29 through Sunday, July 31, and continuing into the following week on Wednesday, Aug. 3 through Saturday, Aug. 6. Curtain time is 8:30 p.m. with the outdoor amphitheater opening for seating at 6:30 p.m. 'MARY POPPINS' is rated G and is the final musical production in TTIP's 47th summer season.
