On the special, to be released by New Wave Dynamics on CD, DVD, and digitally today, August 20, 2013, Norton targets the national hypersensitivity epidemic afflicting leading celebrities, talking heads and regular Joes alike who get offended by just about anything. Norton's got a message for those people, and it's in the title.
