Due to popular demand, Florida Studio Theatre extends David Mamet's Race for a tenth week in the Keating Theatre, now playing through April 2, 2011. The extension continues the remarkable success of FST's Mainstage Season; in January, FST broke all previous sales records at the theater by exceeding 10,700 subscriptions sold to the Mainstage series.

The Kreutzer Quartet's repertoire varies from Haydn to Finnissy. MSG Network received a whopping 60 nominations Thursday for the 54th Annual New York Emmy Awards. Among the other regional sports networks, the YES Network notched 46 nominations, while MSG Varsity picked up 32 nods. SNY was recognized 23 times.

Continuing the tradition of bringing Shakespeare alive and accessible in the open air, Top Dog Theatre returns with a fine evening of Shakespearean entertainment and comedy. Set within a dream, several stories are told simultaneously with interconnected, layered plots and sub-plots. Baptista Minola refuses to allow his youngest daughter to be courted until her older sister, Kate, is safely wed. The problem being, that Kate is sharp-tongued, ill-tempered and shrewish. Although she has a considerable dowry, no suitors come to call on Kate - until Petruchio arrives on the scene.
