Silver Spring Stage presents Agatha Christie's The Mousetrap, directed by Pauline Griller-Mitchell and produced by Richard Ley, the suspenseful mystery of guests trapped in a small hotel and a detective's search for a killer before the guests are all murdered. The Mousetrap will perform weekends June 26 to July 26 - note: no performances July 4th weekend.

There are many weird and wonderful turns on the road to Enlightenment, as Natalie Kim and Karen Fitzgerald discover in their comedic and offbeat solo shows, billed collectively as Yo Hot Mama(s)! Directed by Kenneth Heaton & Matthew Hoverman, the shows will be performed at the Jewel Box Theater, located at 312 West 36th Street, as part of the Midtown International Theatre Festival, beginning on July 14th.

Florida Studio Theatre announces workshops offered for the 2009 Sarasota Improv Festival. A two-day event, July 10th and 11th, the festival will highlight great improvisation companies from across the United States. The festival will also feature workshops on Saturday, July 11th. Each workshop will be taught by professional groups performing throughout the weekend.
