Peter Napolitano

Peter Napolitano is a writer, director and producer with a long, varied career in cabaret, musical theatre and nonfiction. He has won three MAC Awards (Director, Song, Open Mic) and a Bistro Award (Director) for his cabaret work. He is currently Director of Musical Programming and Associate Producer for Urban Stages Off Broadway, where he produces the award-winning annual Winter Rhythms Music Festival. A longtime member of the prestigious BMI Musical Theatre Workshop, he is the author of several produced musicals and has published articles in Cabaret Scenes Magazine, two books on classic film and television for Dell, and a Modern Love essay in The New York Times.
