Second Stage Theatre presents the world premiere production of Whorl Inside a Loop, a new play byDick Scanlan and Sherie Rene Scott, co-directed by Michael Mayer and Mr. Scanlan, the creative team behind the Tony-nominated, critically acclaimed hit, Everyday Rapture, which had its world premiere at Second Stage Theatre in 2009. WHORL INSIDE A LOOP began performances on August 4 and officially opened on August 27, 2015 at Second StageTheatre's Tony Kiser Theatre (305 West 43rd street).

HAMILTON, Lin-Manuel Miranda's musical about America's 'the ten-dollar Founding Father without a father,' opened last Thursday at the Richard Rodgers Theatre. Following a sold-out run at Dixon Place, the limited 12- week engagement of the critically-acclaimed new play The Absolute Brightness of Leonard Pelkey officially opened on July 27, 2015, at the Westside Theatre (407 West 43 Street).
