Bay Street Players will present THE FOREIGNER, a comedy by Larry Shue, September 17 - October 10. This hilarious and enormously popular comedy revolves around Charlie and Froggy who are guests in a hunting lodge in rural Georgia. Charlie is terribly shy so Froggy claims that Charlie is a foreigner who doesn't understand English. Soon, Charlie finds himself privy to secrets and scandals freely discussed in front of him by the other visitors. This fuels the non-stop laughter of this award-winning play, and sets up the wildly funny climax in which things go uproariously awry for the 'bad guys' and the 'good guys' emerge triumphant.

Mad Cow Theatre Company begins their 14th season with the Stephen Sondheim/George Furth musical COMPANY, running September 10 - October 17.

Neil Young will release a brand-new solo album, entitled Le Noise, on September 28th on Reprise Records. The eight-song album is a collaboration between the acclaimed rock icon and musician, songwriter, and producer Daniel Lanois, known for his work with U2, Bob Dylan, Peter Gabriel, Brian Eno, Emmylou Harris, Willie Nelson, The Neville Brothers and many others. As producer or co-producer Lanois won Grammy Awards in 1987, 1992, 1997, 2000, and 2001.

SOULED OUT, psychic intuitive Pattie Canova's autobiographical one-woman show, will return to Abingdon Theatre Arts Complex for a 6-show run from September 19 through December 5. Created, written and performed by Canova, SOULED OUT is being presented by the Sunday Series at Abingdon, a company dedicated to new plays and emerging theatre artists.
