Cinderella and her colorful friends return to Raleigh Little Theatre (RLT) this holiday season, opening Thursday, December 6. This year marks both the 29th anniversary and the 300th performance of this production, which was first performed on December 13, 1984. Cinderella will perform on the Sutton Main Stage at RLT through December 16, 2012.

The Purple Rose Theatre Company is pleased to announce an additional performance of Jeff Daniels: Onstage & Unplugged on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. (Editors' Note: Please find a full performance / pricing schedule on page 2). "We are thrilled to be able to offer one more performance of this highly-anticipated show," says Managing Director Julie Brunzell, "In two days, after general ticket sales began, we had sold out nearly all the performances, so it's great to give more people an opportunity to see Jeff in concert." All proceeds from Onstage & Unplugged ticket sales support the PRTC's general operations. All performances will be held at The Purple Rose Theatre Company, 137 Park Street, Chelsea, MI 48118.

American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) Artistic Director Carey Perloff announced today the casting for the West Coast premiere of Amy Herzog's acclaimed comic drama 4000 Miles. Directed by A.C.T. Associate Director Mark Rucker, 4000 Miles tells the story of 21-year-old Leo, who unexpectedly arrives on the doorstep of his feisty 91-year-old grandmother Vera's New York apartment, dazed after a cross-country bike trip.

The Recording Academy® has announced the selection of artist Erika Iris Simmons to create the official artwork for the 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards®. The work depicts the iconic GRAMMY® image composed with half-inch studio recording tape, a true celebration of recording excellence. It will be used as the official artwork for the world's premier music event and will grace the cover of the GRAMMY Awards program book, telecast tickets and promotional poster. The 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards will be held Feb. 10, 2013, at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles and will be broadcast live on the CBS Television Network at 8 p.m. (ET/PT).

Inspired by his own misspent youth, Acito describes the story as 'just true enough to be embarrassing to my family.' Published in 2004, Acito's novel How I Paid for College won the Ken Kesey Award for Fiction and was hailed as a New York Times 'Editors' Choice.'
