Jessica Lewis Jessica has worked in theater for nearly ten years. She has worked in theatrical production for the producers of STOMP, DAMN YANKEES, NUNSENSE, DINNER WITH FRIENDS and more, and for over 5 years has been involved in the Whoopi Goldberg-produced White Noise, having discovered the production at the 2006 New York Musical Theatre Festival. She has since helped foster its growth through multiple large-scale workshops and two major commercial productions as an Associate Producer. After dedicating many years to theatrical and live entertainment production work that has taken her all over the world in 2009 she assumed the post of Senior Managing Editor at BroadwayWorld.com, the largest theater site on the net, for which she controls operations, routinely interviews Broadway's A-list talent and films/edits a bulk of the sites popular BWW TV content. She is a graduate of Brown University and has worked professionally in production for the Brown University Department of Theatre, Speech and Dance, Rights and Reasons Theatre, the New York Theatre Workshop and more.

The Swing Set, a new album from six-time MAC Award winner Jim Caruso, was released on January 11th. This is Caruso's sophomore album, and his first release under the Yellow Sound Label. Recently, Broadway favorite - and Caruso fan - Stephanie J. Block (9 to 5, The Pirate Queen, Wicked, The Boy From Oz) spoke with Caruso about creating the album, for which she recorded a guest spot. Heather Jane Rolff will make her Broadway play debut in the pivotal role of ‘Helen' alongside comedy superstar and actor Dane Cook, stage, film, and television actor Josh Hamilton and stage and screen star Julia Stiles this spring, completing the cast for the first Broadway production of Neil LaBute's FAT PIG at the Belasco Theatre (111 West 44th Street). LaBute will make his Broadway directorial debut with the play, which begins performances Tuesday, April 12, 2011 for an official opening night of Tuesday, April 26, 2011.

As reported in the Chicago Tribune, the Whoopi Goldberg-produced White Noise will play its pre-Broadway engagement at the Royal George Theatre in Chicago this spring. Performances are scheduled to begin on April 1, with an opening date of April 9. Rehearsals begin in February in New York City.

The cast of Lincoln Center Theater's production of Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, the new musical based on the film by Pedro Almodóvar, with book by Jeffrey Lane, music and lyrics by David Yazbek and direction by Bartlett Sher, reunite today, January 19, to record the original cast recording of the musical, which ended its limited engagement run on Sunday, January 2 at the Belasco Theatre. The CD, to be released by Ghostlight Records in the spring of 2011 will be produced by David Yazbek and Dean Sharenow with Kurt Deutsch serving as Executive Producer.

He did not specify a specific farewell date. Last night, he received a call from David Letterman on which he clarified that he isn't actually retiring - just simply leaving Live!.
