The San Diego Gay Men's Chorus (SDGMC) will present Ole! Ole! Ole!, kicking off the chorus' 2012 season on Saturday, April 14th at 8pm and Sunday, April 15th at 3pm at the historic Balboa Theatre in downtown San Diego. Following sold-out performances by gay men's choruses in Seattle, Houston and Minneapolis, the San Diego chorus production features show-stopping pop hits, classic cultural flair, and of course dance moves all set to a live eight-piece orchestra.

5th Avenue held its Spotlight Night for Damn Yankees on March 20. The evening took audiences behind the scenes of the new production of the musical comedy classic Damn Yankees. Featuring musical performances by some of Seattle's best singers and the cast of Damn Yankees, the event explored the stories that inspired the hit musical, including the legend of Faust. The night also took audiences through the careers of Damn Yankees book writer George Abbott and songwriters Richard Adler and Jerry Ross. Bang on a Can takes over Alice Tully Hall presented by Lincoln Center's Great Performers series in a triple-bill birthday bash on Saturday, April 28 at 7pm featuring the Bang on a Can All-Stars, Asphalt Orchestra, and MIT's Gamelan Galak Tika. The top three student performers received scholarships and the opportunity to compete again in New York City.
