Andrew Newman recently graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Journalism. He has written for the Minneapolis Star Tribune, The Rake, and City Pages, among others. While his written work has often focused on the business world and the film world, he has been a faithful theatergoer ever since seeing a production of "The Sound of Music" at age 6. Additionally, he is an avid performer and has appeared in several productions over the years - including at the University of Minnesota and a few local theater companies.

Theater Latté Da has announced its 2009-2010 season, which includes collaborations with the Ordway Center in St. Paul, and the Guthrie and the Hennepin Theatre Trust in Minneapolis.
