Act I

Don Giovanni has gone secretly to the house of the Commendatore's daughter Donna Anna. In the meantime, his servant Leporello must stand guard in front of the home. Suddenly Don Giovanni rushes out. The Commendatore, Donna Anna hurried to call for help, and it provides is killed in a duel. Comes too late Donna Anna's fiancé Don Ottavio: He can only afford the oath of vengeance. Don Giovanni is looking for new adventures. He approaches a lady, but must recognize that it is Donna Elvira, an abandoned lover of him. Don Giovanni recedes and leaves Leporello to explain to the lady that she, as a register proves only one name among many is. At the wedding of Zerlina and Masetto Don Giovanni enters as a great gentleman. With ease, he manages to charm the young bride. But there appears warning Donna Elvira. For now, she manages to return them to her groom Zerlina. Don Giovanni joins Donna Anna and Don Ottavio. He drives it so far to offer themselves as helpers in the search for the killer. Again occurs Donna Elvira in between. Only as Donna Anna and Don Ottavio are alone again, recognizes Donna Anna: The man who murdered her father that night, Don Giovanni is. Their revenge is now a target. Don Ottavio want to do anything to Donna Anna play the peace of mind. Zerlina, Masetto is evil. Although she manages to appease the angry groom, but not for long, for Don Giovanni has abandoned his intentions to not Zerlina and Masetto, provoking a new outburst. To reach the goal of his wishes, Don Giovanni, the couple and the wedding party invited to a party. Also, three masked figures prompted by Leporello to participate. Second Act

While trembling in every limb, Leporello, Don Giovanni invites the statue to the banquet. The invitation is accepted. Don Ottavio wants to speed up his marriage with Donna Anna. But she refuses to love their insurance: Only the death of the father was to avenge. Don Giovanni enjoys life at the evening meal. A plaque music is played Leporello waiting for. As Donna Elvira enters. In anticipation of the coming disaster, they tried again, Don Giovanni to move to repentance, but earns only ridicule. When she leaves the room, she lets out a cry of horror. Leporello, fearful, announces the arrival of the statue. Fearlessly confronts her and Don Giovanni refuses to repent of his sins. And so a handshake sealed the end. As Don Giovanni's followers appear, Leporello them can only tell of the downfall of his master.
