This world première production uses a unique partnership of drama and dance to tell the extraordinary story of Dame Margot Fonteyn. This deeply moving homage features some of Queensland's finest actors, as the key figures in her turbulent life: Bille Brown as Constant Lambert, Carol Burns as Dame Ninette de Valois and Eugene Gilfedder as Sir Frederick Ashton.

Queensland Ballet dancers pay tribute to Fonteyn's exceptional gifts as a dancer and her extraordinary dance career. Fonteyn was adored and revered, inspiring countless young dancers around the world. She held the world of ballet at her feet for decades, and left memories which would never be erased. But for all the joy and triumph, Fonteyn's life was marked by immense sadness.
