Today, June 24, the State Theatre hosted the 8th annual ASTRA Awards in Sydney, Australia. The awards, named after the Australian Subscription Television and Radio Association, recognize achievements in the Australian subscription television industry. David Speers, one of Australia's most well known political journalists, hosted the evening. BroadwayWorld brings coverage of the event below.
