Grammy Award Winning Band America to Tour Australia

Grammy Award winning band, America, famous for their harmonies and unique sound, has today announced they are returning to Australia in July for shows in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Wollongong and Canberra, as well as two shows in Queensland.
With a career spanning more than 47 years and counting, Americahas an extensive catalogue of hits including Ventura Highway, Tin Man, Sister Golden Hair, A Horse With No Name and many more. From their formative years, America has been a band capable of transcending borders with its uplifting music and positive message. Embracing a rainbow of divergent cultures, America's audiences continue to grow, comprising a loyal legion of first, second and third generation fans, all bearing testament to the group's enduring appeal. Founding members of America, Gerry Beckley and Dewey Bunnell said "We first visited Australia in the early 1970's and have enjoyed every trip since. The food. The sights. The people. We cannot wait to see all of our friends and fans in the beautiful land you call home again". Joining America as special guest on all shows, excl Queensland, will be our very own Russell Morris.
