Arts Centre Melbourne And The Australian Music Vault Invite You To Share Your FAME (Favourite Australian Music Experience)
Arts Centre Melbourne and the Australian Music Vault are calling all Australian music fans to share their Favourite Australian Music Experience (FAME). Entries can now be submitted and once the competition closes, the Australian Music Vault team will curate these stories and a small selection will be featured in the Australian Music Vault exhibition or online experience later in the year.
Everyone has an Australian FAME story - and now is the chance to share yours. Your Favourite Australian Music Experience could be about anything- an artist, band, gig, album, song, venue or festival.
What are you obsessed with? What do you know that we don't know? What special piece of Australian memorabilia is sitting proudly on your shelf at home? What epic Aussie gig did you witness and cannot forget?
We want to hear about all of these Favourite Australian Music Experiences.
To enter this competition, send us your FAME in the form of short stories (under 150 words), photographs and/or videos to fame@australianmusicvault.com.au . Make sure you own the copyright to all aspects of your entry!

Open daily and featuring a free permanent exhibition, online and interactive experiences and an extensive learning program, the Australian Music Vault charts the story of contemporary Australian music from the 1950s until today. It showcases the iconic people, events and places that define Australian music in a purpose-built exhibition space within Arts Centre Melbourne's Theatres Building. The exhibition has already welcomed over 300, 000 people through the exhibition since it opened in December 2017.
