ANGELINA BALLERINA THE MOUSICAL Plays Arts Centre Melbourne Tomorrow

Angelina Ballerina is coming to life in an all-singing, all dancing blockBuster West End musical. Media are invited to catch the children's favourite and much-loved character of literature, stage and screen in their Melbourne premiere performance at 10.30am Wednesday 15 January at Arts Centre Melbourne, State Theatre.

In Angelina Ballerina The Mousical, Angelina And friends discover that Camembert Academy has won the opportunity to appear in their favourite television program "Dancing With Mice!". Together with a colourful cast of mice, Angelina works on her audition routine, featuring West End-quality dance, including jazz, hip hop and ballet, and show-stopping musical numbers.

Angelina Ballerina The Mousical is based on award-winning children's book series by author Katharine Holabird and illustrator Helen Craig. Angelina Ballerina was first launched in 1983 and has since garnered huge international acclaim, with over 20 books published and an animated television series broadcast in Australia, UK and US amongst other countries.
