Laura Benedict Set for TexARTS Cabaret Series Tonight
Laura Benedict will take the TexARTS cabaret stage tonight, November 14 at 7:30 p.m. Benedict will offer an evening of the iconic music that made Patsy Cline one of the greatest in the history of country music. Expect to relive such hits as "Walkin' After Midnight," "I Fall to Pieces," "Crazy," "Sweet Dreams," and more.
Laura Benedict has been a presence in the Austin music scene for over 25 years. She has performed across the U.S. with Rotel and the Hot Tomatoes making two separate appearances at the White House for President George W. Bush. Austin audiences will know Laura from her starring roles in Zach Theatre's "Beehive," "Rockin' Christmas Party," and as Patsy Cline in "Always Patsy Cline."
The show will take place at TexARTS Kam and James Morris Theatre, 2300 Lohman's Spur, Suite 160, Austin, TX 78734. The lounge opens at one hour prior to curtain. A full bar is available.
