Enjoy a free evening immersed in sound and the act of release – blending meditation and live music to create space for deep healing. Attendees are invited to bring yoga mats, blankets, socks and other items of comfort while enjoying the sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and the harp. This rich tapestry of sound brings peace and relaxation. The event is presented by harpist Angelica Hairston and meditation teacher Shawn Moore in partnership with South Fulton Arts and with support from The Anchor. Known for her ability to engage audiences and amplify the voices of the African Diaspora, Hairston harnesses the power of the harp as an equitable approach to wellness.
