Tom Key Stars in Theatrical Outfit's C.S. LEWIS ON STAGE, 6/7-10

By:

Theatrical Outfit has announced the return of C.S. Lewis On Stage, back by popular demand from June 7 – 10, 2012 at the Balzer Theater at Herren's, starring Tom Key. C.S. Lewis is best known as the author of The Chronicles of Narnia and numerous other works ranging from fiction to theology, including The Screwtape Letters. C.S. Lewis On Stage captures the personality and fiction of the man as revealed in his autobiography, letters and other writings. Tickets can be purchased at www.theatricaloutfit.org or 1.877.725.8849.

Tom Key wrote the one-man show and has performed it at Oxford University by invitation of C.S. Lewis' stepson, Douglas Gresham. "This reworked production incorporates new material I learned while I was at Oxford University, walking Addison's Way at Magdalen College. This is the same path that C.S. Lewis took with his friend J.R.R. Tolkien when he was moved to become a theist after years of atheistic philosophy," he says.

C.S. Lewis On Stage written by and starring Tom Key, presented by Theatrical Outfit, will play at The Balzer Theater at Herren's, located at 84 Luckie Street in Atlanta, Ga., June 7-10, 2012. Performances are Thursday – Saturday at 7:30 pm and Saturday and Sundays at 2:30 pm. Group discounts available; call 678.528.1497.

Tickets are $15 - $40. The box office is open Tuesday – Friday, noon to 6:00 pm and prior to performances. 1.877.725.8849; www.theatricaloutfit.org.
