SPEND THE NIGHT WITH BILLY CRYSTAL adds Bonnie Hunt at the Fox Theatre

By:
Spend the Night with Billy Crystal has been described as "a smorgasbord of zesty stories and sharp impressions," and a "trip down memory lane" led by Tony and Emmy Award-winning comedian Billy Crystal, who has been lauded as "brilliant, "eternally ageless," "mesmerizing" and "dazzling." Following its initial announcement last year, the tour, presented by Larry Magid Entertainment Group, has been met with an onslaught of fan demand and critical applause, prompting new dates to be added through the end of April. Actress Bonnie Hunt, who appears alongside Crystal as moderator and interviewer, will continue as his counterpart for all announced dates as well.

Spend the Night with Billy Crystal will be at the Fox Theatre on Thursday, April 27 at 8 p.m. Tickets are priced at $175.00, $125.00, $99.00 and $59.00, plus applicable fees, and may be purchased through FoxTheatre.org, by calling (855) 285-8499 or by visiting the Fox Theatre Ticket Office. Please visit FoxTheatre.org for ticket purchase information. The Spend The Night with Billy Crystal tour is being presented by Larry Magid Entertainment Group.

"This show is unique. There's stand up, and 'sit down' which gives me great freedom to tell stories, show film clips and talk about my life and career and the world as I see it," says Crystal of the new show. "It's loose, unpredictable and intimate. The most fun I've had on stage in a long time." Audiences and critics alike are praising the unique format as well, with the Orlando Sentinel noting, "The crowd happily ate up whatever Crystal was serving because it was prime fare," and Sarasota Magazine praising Hunt's presence, writing she "makes a good partner throughout the evening, getting in a few good comedy lines herself as well as asking Crystal the questions that spark his best stories."

ABOUT Billy Crystal

A stand-up comic turned television star, Crystal found fame as a movie funnyman with starring roles in blockbusters such as When Harry Met Sally, City Slickers and Analyze This. He was much loved as the acclaimed nine-time host of the Academy Awards, an achievement topped only by Bob Hope, who hosted the Oscars 19 times. Also an award winning author, Crystal's latest memoir, Still Foolin' 'Em: Where I've Been, Where I'm Going, and Where the Hell Are My Keys? was an instant NY Times best seller.

She became familiar to audiences with her unforgettable cameos in such films as Rain Man, building an impressive film resume and receiving rave reviews for her roles in Jerry Maguire, The Green Mile, Jumanji, Only You, and Cheaper By The Dozen, to name a few.
