Georgia Shakespeare Celebrates Roaring 20's with Gala May 22
Puttin' on the Ritz, a celebration of the Roaring 20's, is the theme of the 25th Anniversary Georgia Shakespeare Gala. The event will honor Oglethorpe University with the 2nd Annual Spirit of Will Award, recognizing individuals who exemplify the passion for the human condition that William Shakespeare displayed throughout the body of his writing, and those who courageously advocate for the primacy of the value of the arts as the ultimate expression of our shared humanity. Tickets are $200 with tables starting at $2,000 and include dinner, drinks and a special cabaret performance by Megan McFarland.
