Atlanta Theater Hosts Audition Workshop For Trans And Gender Non-Conforming Performers The Atlanta based LGBTQIA+ theater, Out Front Theatre Company, will host an Audition Workshop for Trans and Gender Non-Conforming Performers Sunday, March 4th, from 3 PM to 7 PM.

Out Front hopes this workshop will allow more trans/GNC artists to be more commonly and better represented in artistic representations of their own stories and in theatrical casting across the board.

Out Front is also beginning a local casting search for trans and gender non-conforming performers for upcoming productions, including an upcoming production of the Tony and Pulitzer Award winning I Am My Own Wife.

The workshop will be hosted by the theater's Founder and Producing Artistic Director, Paul Conroy, and Graham Miller, upcoming director of Out Front's 2019 production of Doug Wright's play, I Am My Own Wife.

This workshop is meant for performers who identify anywhere under the umbrella of "trans" or "gender non-conforming" - (i.e. non-binary, transgender man, transgender woman, or anywhere else in between.) The workshop will be geared toward the individual needs of each performer. This is your chance to show the artistic director of Atlanta's LGBTQIA+ theatre and a queer director your audition, and get some helpful feedback.
