Actor's Express Presents Simply Barbra 10/10-11
Actor's Express celebrates Atlanta Pride weekend with Simply Barbra starring Steven Brinberg. Brinberg has travelled the world with his acclaimed vocal performance of Barbra Streisand for over a decade. Performances are October 10th and 11th at 8 PM.
Steven Brinberg writes and stars as Simply Barbra, which is updated annually as he tours both nationally and internationally. His lauded Barbra Streisand portrayal has been seen in England, Ireland, Scotland, Australia, Thailand, Spain, Mexico and Canada. He appeared regularly in Symphony concerts with the late Marvin Hamlisch and has recorded two CDs (Simply Barbra Duets and Live in London). Brinberg has appeared in several feature films (Boys Life, Camp), on television (Blue Bloods), as well as onstage at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, The Kennedy Center and on Broadway in the benefit production of Funny Girl which featured Idina Menzel, Kristin Chenoweth and Whoopi Goldberg.
