XM Satellite Radio, the nation's leading satellite radio service with more than 6.5 million subscribers, today announced an exclusive partnership with one of the country's leading not-for-profit theatres, Roundabout Theater Company.
XM Satellite Radio will broadcast a new series that will offer listeners backstage access to Roundabout Theatre Company productions on Broadway and off-Broadway. The monthly "Talkback" series will feature interviews with the acclaimed directors, stars and creative talent following Broadway performances. Talkback is a monthly production of XM's On Broadway channel and the prestigious Roundabout Theatre Company, which is led by Todd Haimes, artistic director."Talkback" is scheduled to debut on April 30 with an interview with the stars of Entertaining Mr. Sloane, Alec Baldwin and Chris Carmack, and will air on XM's On Broadway channel (XM 28). John von Soosten, XM Satellite Radio's program director, On Broadway channel, and Ted Sod, Roundabout Theatre Company's education dramaturge, will host the new series.
