XM Satellite Radio Partners with Roundabout for 'Talkback's

XM Satellite Radio, the nation's leading satellite radio service with more than 6.5 million subscribers, today announced an exclusive partnership with one of the country's leading not-for-profit theatres, Roundabout Theater Company.

XM Satellite Radio will broadcast a new series that will offer listeners backstage access to Roundabout Theatre Company productions on Broadway and off-Broadway. The monthly "Talkback" series will feature interviews with the acclaimed directors, stars and creative talent following Broadway performances. Talkback is a monthly production of XM's On Broadway channel and the prestigious Roundabout Theatre Company, which is led by Todd Haimes, artistic director.

"Talkback" is scheduled to debut on April 30 with an interview with the stars of Entertaining Mr. Sloane, Alec Baldwin and Chris Carmack, and will air on XM's On Broadway channel (XM 28). John von Soosten, XM Satellite Radio's program director, On Broadway channel, and Ted Sod, Roundabout Theatre Company's education dramaturge, will host the new series. The show will also be available on the Roundabout Theatre Company's web site at www.roundabouttheatre.org.

"Once the final curtain falls 'Talkback' begins," said John von Soosten, Talkback's host and On Broadway channel program director. "We're thrilled to provide listeners with the first behind-the-scenes look into the minds of cast and crew after Broadway performances."

"Talkback" is scheduled to air interviews from artists in following hit Roundabout Theatre Company productions:

· Entertaining Mr. SloaneAlec Baldwin and Chris Carmack will provide insight into their roles in this classic dark comedy on Sunday, April 30 at 6 p.m. ET (Encore broadcast Saturday, May 6 at 11 a.m.).

· The Pajama Game — Kelli O'Hara and director/choreographer Kathleen Marshall provide details of this sold-out revival and one of Broadway's hottest tickets for 2006 on Sunday, May 14 at 6:00 p.m. ET (Encore broadcast Saturday, May 20 at 11 a.m.).

· The Threepenny Opera Alan Cumming discusses this dark satire of distinguished society on Talkback, Sunday, May 28 at 6 p.m. ET (Encore broadcast Saturday, June 3 at 11 a.m.).

"Talkback" will debut Sunday, April 30 on XM's commercial-free channel devoted to the best songs past and present, from Broadway and around the world, On Broadway (XM channel 28), at its regular monthly timeslot, Sundays at 6 p.m. ET.
