Wendy Liebman and Andy Hendrickson to Headline Side Splitters in Tampa, 10/17-19 & 10/24-27

Side Splitters Comedy Club in Tampa, Fla., has announced its headliners for the next two weekends. Details below!

The club is also accepting canned food for admission every Thursday at 8:30pm, Friday at 10:15pm, Saturday at 6pm, and Sunday at 7pm for the month of October. All donations will benefit Metropolitan Ministries.

Wendy Liebman has been performing her uniquely timed style of stand-up comedy since the age of 23, and is the only person in her family in show business.

In 1990, Wendy won the Johnnie Walker Comedy Competition semi-finals in Boston, and competed in the finals in Los Angeles. There, Wendy caught the eye of Tonight Show talent coordinator, who invited her to be one of Johnny Carson's guests the following week.

Since then, Wendy has been a regular on the Late Show with David Letterman, and has appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. In addition, she was the first comedian to perform on the Rosie O'Donnell show, and she has done two specials, one on HBO, and one on Comedy Central.

Andy Hendrickson is a New York City based comedian and writer. In March of 2013 he debuted on the Late Show with David Letterman and has made multiple appearances on Fox TV's Red Eye.

Rooftop Media recently touted him as "a burgeoning powerhouse in the comedy world." He's was the showcase winner at HBO's U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen and a finalist at the Great American Comedy Festival.

He has performed at well over 200 colleges and is a favorite headliner at comedy clubs across the country. In New York City, Andy appears regularly at the world famous Comedy Cellar. Internationally, Andy has performed at clubs and festivals throughout Canada, England, Holland and Ireland, as well as throughout the Middle East to entertain the troops.

He's had multiple appearances on the nationally syndicated Bob and Tom radio show. His 3rd CD "Underachiever" released last year to rave reviews and debuted in iTunes Top 40.
