Cedar Walton is one of the most valued of all hard bop accompanists, a versatile pianist whose funky touch and cogent melodic sense has graced the recordings of many of jazz's greatest players.

Javon Jackson is a fine tenor saxophonist who was with the last version of the Jazz Messengers.

Bassist Buster Williams is one of the most sought-after bassists in jazz. He's played and recorded all the jazz legends including Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, and Bobby Hutcherson. Legendary drummer Jimmy Cobb played and recorded with all the jazz greats and is the drummer on the famous Miles Davis session "Kind Of Blue".
