Jim Caruso has announced that Broadway's Dee Roscioli will be performing "Decidedly Dee," her cabaret debut, at Birdland on Monday, June 28 at 7pm. This concert will be part of the Broadway at Birdland concert series.

Fresh off her Broadway run as Elphaba in Wicked, Dee Roscioli explores her ungreen side with a mix of new songs and old favorites. In her cabaret debut at Birdland, Dee will perform songs penned by friends, including "See" from David Austin, "Reasons" by Bobby Cronin and "Say Goodbye" by Scott Alan. Dee also lends her voice to more widely-known songs like "Many the Miles" by Sara Bareilles, "People Get Ready" by The Impressions and "I Think it's Going to Rain Today" by Randy Newman. Fans will get a glimpse of Dee's goofy side as she belts out "On Top of Spaghetti" and the classic anthem to the vending machine, "Oh Henry". The show is musically directed by Wicked conductor Dominick Amendum, and features special guests including Sondheim on Sondheim's Erin Mackey. Wicked fans won't be disappointed with her Elphaba Megamix!

Dee Roscioli recently completed her run as Elphaba in Wicked on Broadway, after closing the record-breaking Chicago production and performing the role in San Francisco. Ms. Roscioli holds the distinction of having played Elphaba in more performances than any other actress. She recently performed the title role in the workshop of new musical Liberty. Nat'l tour: Cats (Grizabella). NYSF Workshops: Dangerous Beauty, Behind the Limelight. Dee can be heard on the Original Cast Recording of Pokemon Live at Radio City. She has sung for the governers of Arkansas and Kentucky, and had the privilege of singing the national anthem for the Chicago Bears.
