WICKED's Katie Rose Clarke to Lead Oxford Shakespeare Master Class Next Month

The Oxford Shakespeare Company will momentarily depart from Q&As with classical actors like Patrick Stewart, Fiona Shaw, Derek Jacobi and F Murray Abraham, to present acting students an opportunity to talk with Broadway musical star Katie Rose Clarke, who starred as Glinda in Wicked, Clara in Light in the Piazza, and Babe in The Pajama Game.

On September 15th, following a movement class led by OSC artistic director Ron Song Destro, Clarke will answer questions from students, as well as from Destro, who was a former teacher of hers. The OSC Master Class Series was started to provide an affordable way for actors and students to learn from experts in the acting field, and classes are held in New York, London and Stratford-on-Avon.
