Actor Shia LaBeouf stopped by last night's Late Show with David Letterman on CBS and spoke about his recent conflict and subsequent firing from the new Broadway play 'Orphans.' 'He's a good dude...I have nothing bad to say," commented the actor of his former Broadway co-star Alec Baldwin. "I'm pretty passionate and impulsive and he's a very passionate individual as well and that impulsiveness and passion makes for some fireworks." Check out the appearance below.

Baldwin, Ben Foster and Tom Sturridge star in Lyle Kessler's play directed by Daniel Sullivan. This production will mark the first Broadway staging of Orphans.

ORPHANS is now in previews and will open on Thursday, April 18 at the Schoenfeld Theatre (236 West 45th Street).

In the play, two orphaned brothers are living in a decrepit North Philadelphia row house. Treat, the eldest, (Foster), supports his damaged younger sibling Phillip (Sturridge) by petty thievery, and makes the house a virtual prison for the seemingly simple-minded Phillip. One night he kidnaps a rich older man, Harold (Baldwin), who turns out to have his own motives and becomes the father figure the boys have always yearned for.

Tickets for Orphans are now on sale and can be purchased by calling Telecharge at 212-239-6200 or online at www.telecharge.com.
