Tony-Nominated WAITRESS Star Joins Cast of Netflix Miniseries GODLESS

Award winning actor Christopher Fitzgerald will join the cast of Netflix limited period drama series GODLESS alongside Jeff Daniels, Merritt Wever, Jeremy Bobb and Thomas Brodie-Sangster.
Written, directed and executive produced by Scott Frank, Godless is a Western set in an 1800s New Mexico mining town. Fitzgerald will play the role of J.J. Valentine, a smooth talking business man and manipulator who will pay the town of La Belle a visit after the tragic accident that left only the women, whom he knows are susceptible and easy to influence. J.J's goal is to buy the mine for cheap and eventually run the whole town. Fitzgerald is currently starring in the Tony nominated hit production of Waitress in which he received his 3rd Tony nomination as well as won the Drama Desk for Best Featured Actor in a Musical.
