To celebrate the 85th birthday of the magnificent Elaine Stritch on February 2nd, we present an encore of her first (of five) appearances on Theater Talk. In this interview, taped in 1999 (two years before Stritch's award-winning autobiographical show Elaine Stritch at Liberty), the incomparable and outspoken actress shares her views and insights about life on the stage.

Theater Talk, the series devoted to the world of the stage, is co-hosted by Michael Riedel, Broadway columnist for the New York Post and series producer Susan Haskins.
