The ATEH Theater Group and The Crown Point Festival are pleased to announce the return of the critically acclaimed The Girl Detective, adapted from the short story by Kelly Link and directed by Bridgette Dunlap.

Following a celebrated run at the Connelly Theater in the spring, The Girl Detective returns for four performances only at the Crown Point Festival at the Abrons Arts Center (466 Grand Street), a collection of innovative theater, film and music on the Lower East Side. Performances begin Sunday, October 28 and continue until Saturday, November 17.

"The Girl Detective is a master of disguise. She finds missing things, chases tap-dancing bank robbers and eats our dreams. But in her life of intrigue and adventure one mystery remains: the whereabouts of her long lost mother. Join her on a wild journey to the underworld in this surreal, darkly funny story of loss and reunion," explain press notes.

The Girl Detective plays the following unique schedule as part of the festival:
October 28 at 8PM
November 8 at 8PM
November 13 at 8PM
November 17 at 8PM

The cast features Stephen Agosto, Kathryn Ekblad, Glory Gallo, Alexis Grausz, Charley Layton, Madeleine Maby, Sara Montgomery, Javier Munoz, Elizabeth Neptune, Anthony Palenscar, Hugh Schully, Danielle Thorpe, Marie Weller and Ben Wood.
