The Children's Acting Company of New York will present its production of "Bye Bye Birdie," the Broadway musical hit with music by Charles Strouse, lyrics by lee Adams and book by Michael Stewart, for four performances at the leonard Nimoy Thalia Theater at Symphony Space, ss" Street and Broadway in Manhattan, from tonight,, May 17 -19,2013. There will be performances tonight, May 17, at 7:30 PM, Saturday, May 18, at 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM, and Sunday, May 19, at 12 Noon. Tickets are $20 and may be purchased by contacting Symphony Space at 212-864-5400 or at www.symphonyspace.org.

There will be a Master Class given by Broadway actor Hunter Ryan Herdlicka, who most recently performed in the Broadway revival of Stephen Sondheim's "A little Night Music," immediately following the noon performance on Sunday. There is a $100 fee for taking this Master Class. Hunter Ryan Herdlicka (www.HunterRyanHerdlicka.com) recently made his 54 Below debut after almost two years starring on Broadway in the Tony Award Winning revival of Sondheim's A Little Night Music, playing opposite Catherine Zeta-Jones and Angela lansbury, followed by Bernadette Peters and Elaine Stritch. Some of his selected recent credits include The Tempest (Ariel) at the Dallas Theater Center, Fiddler on the Roo/ (Fyedka) with Pittsburgh Civic light Opera, Othello (Clown) with the Utah Shakespearean Festival, Something's A/oat (Geoffrey) at the Goodspeed Opera House, and three
seasons with the West Virginia Public Theatre. Hunter can also be seen in the new documentary, Elaine Stritch: Shoot Me that premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.

Hunter's one-man show, "I Happen To like New York", has enjoyed two sold out runs at New York's famed nightclub Feinstein's. Hunter recently made his 54 Below debut with an all new, sold out show, "You Make Me Feel So Young". Watch for Hunter on the return of the soap opera, One Life to Live, this Spring. A 2009 graduate of Carnegie Mellon, Hunter currently resides in Manhattan.
