Various NYC casting offices and members of the entertainment industry will be participating in the latest edition of MEALS FOR MONOLOGUES, which will take place on Sunday May 1, 2016.

Coordinated by members of the Casting Society of America, MEALS... is a charity event to benefit local-area food banks.

Participants sign up for a slot to present a monologue or a 32-bar cut of a song of their choosing for a panel of various NYC casting directors, agents, and managers; as well as directors, music directors, and choreographers.

The event is open to anyone who wants to participate - donations in exchange for actor participation are greatly appreciated, but not required.

Past incarnations have included participants from Telsey + Company, Tara Rubin Casting, Stewart/Whitley Casting, Manhattan Theatre Club Casting, New York Theatre Workshop Casting, Chrystie Street Casting, Barden/Schnee Casting, Marc Hirschfeld Casting, Innovative Artists Agency, The Mine, Harden-Curtis Associates, Stone Manners Salners Agency, Take 3 Talent Agency, CESD Talent Agency, The Talent House and more.
