TITUSS AND THE TIGHTASS BAND Plays Time Our NY Lounge At New Works Stages

The Time Out New York Lounge at New World Stages will present TITUSS AND THE TIGHTASS BAND, a special concert to benefit The Trevor Project, the leading national organization focused on crisis and suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth.

This very special musical evening with Broadway favorite Tituss Burgess and his band, performing hits from Jay-Z to Michael Jackson, is set for Saturday, October 30th at 11 pm. Admission is $10 with a reservation or $15 at the door. All proceeds from the door will be donated to The Trevor Project. Special Surprise Guests who will be joining Tituss will be announced shortly. The doors will open at 10:30pm. In celebration of Halloween, there will be a costume contest with prizes for the best outfits.
Tituss Burgess is set to star in the new Broadway musical WONDERLAND - A New Alice this spring. His other Broadway credits include the original casts of The Little Mermaid (Sebastian), Jersey Boys (HAl Miller), Good Vibrations (Eddie), and the recent Broadway revival of Guys and Dolls (Nicely-Nicely Johnson).

The Trevor Project is the national provider of life saving resources to LGBTQ youth and their families. They advocate acceptance and help prevent teen suicide by promoting mental health and positive self-esteem through a premiere online destination, nationwide 24/7 call centers, and empowering social activities.

Reservations for TITUSS AND THE TIGHTASS BAND are being accepted by email only at timeoutnylounge@newworldstages.com until 5 pm on Friday, October 29th.
